Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 2026  ·  Drubl is a Westgate Ventures LLC property

What we do

Drubl analyzes images and videos submitted via URL or file upload and returns an AI-generated verdict indicating whether the media appears to be AI-generated, filtered/enhanced, or authentic. Results are probabilistic estimates — not legal determinations.

What data is NOT stored

We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically: • No names or email addresses (unless you voluntarily request API access) • No IP addresses — ever • No device fingerprints, browser identifiers, or tracking pixels • No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs We do not sell, share, or rent data to any third party.

What data IS stored

When you submit a URL or file for analysis, we store: • The submitted URL (or a reference to the uploaded file) • The analysis verdict and confidence score • An anonymous session token — a randomly generated ID stored in a cookie on your device. This token has no connection to your identity. It is used solely to enforce fair-use rate limits. • If you submit feedback (thumbs up / thumbs down), your vote and optional correction label are stored in association with the anonymous session token. Stored detection data is used to improve Drubl's AI models over time. No human manually reviews submissions.

Anonymous session tokens

Drubl uses a single first-party cookie ("sessionToken") to generate a random, anonymous identifier for each browser session. This identifier cannot be linked to you as an individual. It resets when you clear cookies. We use it only to count requests per session for rate-limiting purposes — not for advertising, tracking, or profiling.

Model improvement

Submitted media and feedback votes are used to retrain and improve Drubl's detection models. This process is fully automated. Submissions are not reviewed by humans. By using Drubl, you grant Westgate Ventures LLC a non-exclusive license to use submitted media for model training and improvement purposes.

Content you submit

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide. Do not submit content containing personal information about others without their consent. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material.

No warranties

Drubl is provided "as is." Detection results are probabilistic and may be incorrect. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of any verdict. Do not rely on Drubl results as the sole basis for legal, editorial, or other consequential decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westgate Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Drubl.

Data deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your anonymous session, contact us at aaron@drubl.io. Because session tokens are not linked to any identity, we may require you to provide your session token (visible in your browser cookies under the key "sessionToken") to locate and delete the associated records.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Drubl after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
